A Novel Method in Food Safety Management by Using Case Base Reasoning Method

Today’s Food Industry has responsibility to provide most consuming food for people. These foods are consumed by large area of society. So they are important source of causes of diseases and food poisoning. Monitoring system have been created to control these diseases and they are used in duration of production step of food supply chain. Hazard Assurance Critical Control Point (HACCP) is regarded as best method in safety system. Necessity to create integrated HACCP system forced factories to use intelligent methods to build HACCP for every production. This paper proposes Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) technique and use of paired comparisons tables and similarity equations to create HACCP for food system of Sabz Nam Company. Our system is an intelligent system has based on RFID and it works as consulter by generating five proper safety suggestion to food expert. Finally we assess accuracy and efficiency of proposed system on real data of Sabz Nam Company.

IEATH: Improved Energy Aware and Two Hop Multipath Routing Protocol in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks in terms of energy sources are limited. Furthermore due to this type of network infrastructure wireless communications and channel errors not possible to reach the correct packet to the destination exists; hence the proposing algorithms to improve the quality of service in these networks and sending packets are very important. In this paper we proposed a reliable and energy aware packet delivery mechanism to ensure quality of service in wireless sensor networks. In our proposed algorithm to ensure that a packet of information sent to the destination, the multi-path Forwarding method is used; So that several copies of an information packet via separate routes are sent to the destination, also routing decisions in this way occurs by considering the remaining energy in the neighborhood of nodes that are located in two hop of sender node. Simulation results show that the rate of release of data packets reduced in this way and thus the reliability of packet is increased, also the energy efficiency of sensor nodes effectively improved. Therefore this algorithm increase overall lifetime in wireless sensor networks.

Improved Multi-Path and Multi-Speed Routing Protocol in Wireless Sensor Networks

In our presented paper by proposing a optimum routing protocol, in some of Quality of Service achieved improvements in the field of reliability in data sending to destination and load balancing in wireless sensor network. In our proposed protocol, to ensure that a data packet correctly send to the destination, it used of an improved hybrid method based on multipath data sending. The routing decisions in this method are by considering the remaining energy of nodes that are in neighbors of sender nodes. Simulation results shows that release rate of data packets in this method is reduced and reliability in data sending to destination is increased. Also, the energy efficiency of sensor nodes effectively improved and thus increase the overall lifetime of wireless sensor networks.

Error Detection & Correction in Wireless Sensor Networks by Using Residue Number Systems

Wireless Sensor Networks have potential of significantly enhancing our ability to monitor and interact with our physical environment. Realizing a fault tolerant operation is critical to the success of WSNs. The integrity of data has tremendous effects on performance of any data acquisition system. Noise and other disturbances can often degrade the information or data acquired from these systems. Devising a fault-tolerant mechanism in wireless sensor networks is very important due to the construction and deployment characteristics of these low powered sensing devices. Moreover, due to the low computation and communication capabilities of the sensor nodes, the fault-tolerant mechanism should have a very low computation overhead. In this paper we focus our work on low complexity error detection technique which can be implemented with low data redundancy and efficient energy consuming in wireless sensor node by using of Residue Number Systems.
